New Pages Chapter 16 page 20by ~jiakko

Originally going to be about 30 pages, then 24, now here's the last page of Chapter 16 and at a mere 20 pages.
Some of the things this chapter would have had will be put over into the next chapter, while the continuation of the story may be touched again either in a bonus chapter or who knows when. (If you're curious, it was going to have more to do with the mage rankings again)

Anyway, with that, I feel like I can properly begin Chapter 17.

I don't remember why did Talon let him go an did not kill him. If it's now too much bother could you remind me why?

Because Talon found out right before killing him that he was much too weak and Talon prefers to fight those who are just as powerful as him or more powerful. (gives him a challenge)

And not a bother at all!
