After much debate with myself, Talon still has a tail, because it only makes sense that he would still have a tail. I mean, he had a tail when he first appeared on the scene and it still looks cool too.
The only thing is now I decided not to include Talon doing a tail whip.
Oh well, maybe in a future Pokemon installment...
